This scholarship is only open to members of MNGEA Chapter 48 (Duluth) and can be awarded in conjunction with the Auxiliary’s Minuteman scholarship! The Chapter 48 scholarship program was created by CMSgt (Ret) Jerome Rouleau for 148th Fighter Wing members and/or dependents of Wing members.
