The 56th Annual MNGEA State Conference/Business Mtg will be held 11-12 April 2025 at The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes in Baxter, MN. It’s been a couple of years without having a conference but as we try to rebuild the Association, this is the first step. This year’s conference will be “Back to Basics”. No State Banquet, No Hospitality Night, No Auxiliary Silent Auction. We will have a No Host Social on Friday, 11 Apr at Baxter’s Bar & Grill (at the hotel) starting at 6pm and roll into a General State Business Meeting session on Saturday, 12 April starting at 8am.
The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes offers waterpark passes for their guests to Paul Bunyan’s Waterpark, has a great Arcade Game room for kids and has a hot breakfast buffet. If the weather permits, you can enjoy a nice open fire pit outside. Make this into a great family vacation getaway from the cold winter! Room rates for two people are $107/night (+ taxes) for Queen Suites and Queen Splits. If you have more then two people in the room, there is an additional $15/person for each guest. Rooms rates are available Fri, Sat and Sun!
