FY15 NDAA Conference Update
EANGUS
The Senate and House Armed Services Committees are close to an agreement on the FY15 NDAA but are still debating a Senate provision which would raise Tricare pharmaceutical co-pays.  Chairman McKeon of HASC is opposed to the legislation.  The co-pay raise was a part of the President’s budget request but was not included in the House-version of the bill this spring.  The clock is running out to pass the legislation.  Members are back in session the first two weeks of December to finish all legislative business.  The second week of December has been set aside to consider the appropriations bill.
