MNGEA and the Auxiliary have combined forces (along with Corporate Partner HiWay Federal Credit Union) to develop a new service for future State Conferences. With the help of the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon (BTYR) program, MNGEA will have daycare services available through vetted daycare providers from the local Rochester area. This new program is in it’s infancy but the State President has high hopes. “I am very excited for idea to come to life. The Auxiliary came up with this idea last year and we’ve been working with their group to get things lined up to make it happen for this year’s conference. Our long-term goal is to have this service available every conference for members to utilize and give them the freedom to attend meetings and events yet feel comforted about leaving their children in a safe and comfortable environment” said Mark Wasserbauer, MNGEA State President.
