Who Can Apply
Airmen & Guardians who meet the following criteria:
* Active Duty (Ranks E1-E6)
* Active Guard Reserve (AGR) – on 15+ day orders (Ranks E1-E6)
* Title 10/32 Guard/Reserve – on 15+ day orders (Ranks E1-E6)
Application Period
* Applications Open: May 11, 2026
* Applications Close: May 15, 2026 or until funds are exhausted
