LATHAM, N.Y. – The New York Air National Guard activated its first Recruiting and Retention Squadron

Army Maj. Gen. Ray Shields, the adjutant general of the New York National Guard, passes the guidon of the New York Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention Squadron to Maj.
